Description

Fluctuations are important measures in relativistic heavy-ion collisions, in particular near the QCD critical point. In this talk, I will discuss the state-of-the-art formalism for the deterministic fluctuating hydrodynamics, and connect it to the ongoing Beam Energy Scan Program at RHIC. I will also address recent progress in the dynamics of non-Gaussian fluctuations.
