Abstract: Neutrinos are the least understood of the currently known elementary particles.
In this lecture we will discuss the history of the neutrino including the astonishing phenomenon of neutrino flavor oscillations. We will then review the current knowledge of neutrino properties and the remaining open questions in neutrino physics.
