Charge: discuss the following points on the use of the ToF detector in physics studies:
- The SIDIS/HF kinematics coverage for the TOFs' momentum region, as quantified by ECCE proposal Fig 2.16. For example, K/pi at 0.2<p<1 GeV in barrel, p<2 GeV in forward, which is also complemented by the RICH detector's threshold detection capability as in Table 2.4.
- Studies to quantify the impact of the ToF PID coverages (backward, central, and forward, separately), such as improving signal/background, acceptance/efficiency, kinematics coverage, and physics reach.

We note that RICH in the threshold mode can compliment the ToF's phase space coverage. To be discussed in future meetings on detectors.
