Group updates: R. Montgomery passed on details from SimQA team for how to retrieve output files from the July simulation  campaign and template Fun4All analysis code (see slides). If something isn't clear get in touch.

September is software training month - we encourage you to attend.  Link to indico for training is https://indico.bnl.gov/category/443/ and you can find recordings on the training indico pages or on the EIC User Group Youtube page:

Next simulation campaign is October and SimQA team asked us to standardise outputs of generators into preferably HepMC3 format before then if possible.

We discussed the wiki. To do action for convenors is to set this up our wiki as a reference page (meeting links, dates etc) and to start our task list there so that member of the WG can contribute. We discussed meeting frequency, we plan to stick with fortnightly moving forward but can increase as/when necessary. Please always feel free to contact us if you have something  to discuss at a future meeting.

DVCS: S. Fazio gave an overview of DVCS studies., including recent radiative corrections studies (which so far seem not to be very large, but will look further into soft kinematics next) and plan moving forward towards physics impact plots.

TCS: K. Gates gave an overview of TCS studies. To do action is to study proton acceptance in FF region which is expected to be close to 100%.

DVCS eA: G. Penman gave an overview of DVCS eHe studies. To do action is incorporate HepMC3 format in topeg directly and look for pi0 generator for eA studies.

There are minutes attached to this event. Show them.
