We have updated today's meeting indico page as the storage of the slides to be presented in the EPIC collaboration tracking session.
          Speakers, please upload your slides below by 12:00PM US eastern time on Jan. 9 so we could go through the slides and coordinate the content to avoid overlaps and conflicts.
 
 
          As we discussed, the overview talk will cover the hardware and detector R&D related information, we encourage the Silicon and MPGD consortium and/or related eRD groups to send the relevant information to the tracking WG conveners by 10:00APM US eastern time on Jan. 9. The AC-LGAD detector R&D part will be covered by the ToF session.
 
         We would like to request all speaker to upload you final slides in the EPIC collaboration indico page (https://indico.bnl.gov/event/17621/) at least one hour before the session starts and we will use the JLab computer to present the talks.
