In late January, temperatures are mild and skies tend to be mostly clear or partly sunny. Early morning low temperatures tend to be in the upper 40s F (47-49F) and around mid-day temperatures reach the high 60s F (67-69F). There is some chance of rainy days around this time of the year, so you might wish to bring an umbrella.
