The meeting will address

- status of mechanical design

- status of electronics, i.e FEBs and how they get connected to the chambers any requirements where the ROBs need to sit, how far can we drive the signal

- service needs, cables (signal, LV, HV and cooling)- gas system

- big topic how to integrate the MPGD in the detector especially the ones sitting at smaller radii
