We have a pull request which allows CKF tracking with real seeds: https://github.com/eic/EICrecon/pull/711

Two suggestions from software group:

1. Whether to use truth or real seeds in the CKF factory is hardcoded right now; so, I made a separate factory for the real seeded tracking. We should instead rewrite the standard CKF factory so that the seed data object can be read from the tracking.cc file.
2. In the EICRecon output file, a suggestion was to have separate data containers for the truth and realistic seeding. That is, we would have something like ReconstructedParticles_truthseeded and ReconstructedParticles_realseeded. Do we like this idea? Or would we prefer to just write ReconstructedParticles, with a user-controllable flag selecting either truth or real seeding?
