In this meeting we discussed what siPM model to buy for the October beam test since Carlos will provide funds to purchase.   After weighing the issue there was agreement that the 3015 model is the best choice.    Justin will write up a document that documents the reasoning behind this decision and relevant parts of the discussion besides what are in his slides.    This is just for the faster decision only for the small quantity of siPM's for the Orsay prototype which is one of the prototypes we will test in October, not the final decision for all the siPM's for the eventual EEEMcal inside ePIC.
