Procedure for abstracts and upload: 

Please submit an abstract using the menu item 'Call for Abstracts'.  All submissions are defined to be ‘poster’ presentations. The committee will select contributed orals from the submissions. If you prefer your presentation to remain ‘poster’, select the checkbox to ‘keep as poster’.

Important Note: You may be required to log in to Indico with either BNL Credentials or InCommon Federation to be verified through your institution. If your institution is not on the list of login providers, please send your abstract directly to Kevin Brown, brownk@bnl.gov and copy Lucy Lin, wlin1@bnl.gov
