(compiled by Anajaly, with edits from Stefan)

•    Martin waiting on Nicolas(?who makes the firmware) to give an update on data protocol. Modify in a way it is easier to recognize end of an event. Nicolas is working on a different network connection.
•    Norbert: It is not the highest priory right now. Working on the PCB and updates are expected in a month.
•    Norbert suggested the possibility of in person meeting at BNL in May to accelerate the progress instead of doing it over zoom.

•    Decided to meet at BNL from May 5th to 9th. (Norbert wants to readout with his software and then work on RCDAQ with Martin)

•    Stefan, Anjaly, Nathaly and students would join as well.
•    A 90 minute training session with Martin to familiarize with the RCDAQ, pmonitor and related software. Tentative date for meeting: April 23, Wednesday (4pm to 4.15 pm)
•    Discussion regarding the LED system: either suitable just for Go or no go (SiPM sign of life), relative calibration, or absolute calibration (similar to sPHENIX HCal)

•    Steve expressed concern that having LED next to SiPM could cause noise and suggests to have LEDs in electronics box at sector center and then bring LED light to tiles by fibers (similar to sPHENIX HCal)

•    Stefan points out that this would allow for a system suitable for full calibration

•    Decided to delay the detailed discussion until next Friday so that Eric is also available.

•    Martin and Steve discussing best options for upcoming test:  Steve: recommended avoiding the use of donut electronics, but go directly from SiPM to new EICROC.
•    Murad: Prototype-Tiles are shipped from GSU which should arrive next week.
•    Jerad gave an update on the tile aging study(how does aging affect the tile performance)
