B0 tracker

• Discussion about acceptance seems to be converging -- we do not expect to have acceptance between the electron and hadron beam pipes.
  • Should we follow up with PWG on this? Turnaround time is long, and it may not be possible to change things on the magent side, anyhow.
• Opens interesting question: 
  • Should we just use the exact FTOF module + FEB setup to simplify things?
  • We need someone who can implement various options in DD4HEP so we can QUANTIFY acceptance differences.
• B0 tracking.
  • Shujie emailed us about possible help in GNN tracking algorithm for the B0 --> we should discuss further, but we need to solve above issues first before shifting back to tracking itself.
  • This may be fine, as postdoc to work on this is not available until later in the year.

 

EMCAL

• P6 may have to updated to reflect reality of crystal production for the B0 --> P6 to be frozen soon, so we need to get these numbers to Yulia quickly.
