John Lajoie to Everyone (Nov 7, 2025, 15:20)

Derek - I think you can go from an associated cluster to the tiles in the cluster, correct?

Derek Anderson to Everyone (Nov 7, 2025, 15:21)

That's correct!

John Lajoie to Everyone (Nov 7, 2025, 15:22)

And are these available in the EICrecon output?

Derek Anderson to Everyone (Nov 7, 2025, 15:24)

They are! We store the simulated (pre-digi), raw (post-digi), and reconstructed hits. You should be able to follow relations back to at least the simulated hits.

(I think we also store the G4 contributions in the campaign output, but I'd need to double check that)

Caroline Riedl to Everyone (Nov 7, 2025, 15:25)

Is the cluster-tile  association also available for the nHCal?

Derek Anderson to Everyone (Nov 7, 2025, 15:26)

It should be! I remember we uncovered a bug that was preventing the NHCal ones from being filled back at the June workfest, but that's been since resolved

Caroline Riedl to Everyone (Nov 7, 2025, 15:26)

right - that has been solved. The hit-cluster association.

Derek Anderson to Everyone (Nov 7, 2025, 15:33)

Good! The last time I looked at the NHCal workflow, it was largely identical to the BHCal. So all of the information there should have NHCal equivalents...

(Let me know if not, though!)
