Update on the InttCombinedRawDataDecoder module 20m

The modification mostly affects local mode and cases with bco_filter

Speaker: Cheng-Wei Shih (National Central University)

[Cheng-Wei : Update on the InttCombinedRawDataDecoder module]
      - The Nhit checking should be event by event basis.
      - Nhit > 71 is hard-coded?
      -- Set function is better.
      - Ryotaro's modification is for the decoder part (raw to INTTRawhit), and Cheng-Wei's modification is after INTTRawhit.
      - Will present the modification at the next tracking meeting.
      - In case of Extended trigger with time_bucket = 128, the hits in the next trigger BCO bin are considered as different event.

Plan of hit carryover recovery in decoder 20m
      Speaker: Ryotaro Koike

[Ryotaro : Plan of hit carryover recovery in decoder ]
      - We will ignore recovery of hit carry-over in the next next event but it would be nice to estimate how much fraction of such events we have.
      - Should test the code before the official implementation.
      - Why FPHX chip is sending data with alternating method using 2 lines? Does the FPHX chip has an option (digital control parameter) to send the data completely parallel?
-- Check some good and half-entry chips if there is any difference in the plot.
      - Why chip basis is 2hit/BCO but half ladder basis is  5hits/BCO?, And what is the empty region in the half ladder basis plot?
      - Should Ryotaro show his concept of hit carry-over recovery code at the same meeting as Cheng-Wei's?
-- Ryotaro's modification has an impact mostly on the AuAu but not pp, so those could be in separate meetings.
-- Need to estimate how much effect in the pp.
