Information Regarding the Abstract Submission Process

Creating a New Indico Account

You must have a user profile in Indico in order to have access to this platform. To create a new Indico profile users must have an account with one of the following authenticated sources: BNL Credentials, SDCC at BNL, InCommon Federation (if you currently have an Indico account at CERN, BNL's Indico system is connected to a separate server, so a brief account creation, will be necessary).

Create Profile

Go to the BNL Federated Login application. Select your authenticated source. Provide your login credentials for that authenticated source. Once you have successfully logged into your authenticated source, Indico will then automatically create your new Indico account or ask you if you would like your BNL Federated Login associated with your existing Indico account. Your new Indico profile should now be successfully created.

Go to BNL Federated Login

Please note, that you will receive an email notification, once your abstract is accepted. Your new user profile will then be assigned speaker rights, and you will be able to upload your talk closer to the event.

Please send an email to nkelly@bnl.gov if you have any issues or questions.

The call for abstracts is open
You can submit an abstract for reviewing.
