Things to discuss:

Moving and logistics:

• Moving Baby BCAL to Hall D platform with the table

• Moving rest of equipment to the hall

• Working over weekend in the hall

Readout:

• Trigger, what’s up?

• Settings for the HGCROC (ToT, ADC for the desired dynamic range and input from simulation)

 

Reports:

• SFIL Setup assembled, HGCROC set up and tested, we will fix the trigger after the meeting.

• Martin set up the network, will communicate with Sergey on Hall D setup. Presentation on connection to carbon and beyond attached to indico.

 

Plan for tomorrow:

• Tomorrow morning 7:30 AM Andrew and the Team are moving the table to Hall D. Maria and Jared will be there to help coordinate. Maria needs to be at 8:30 AM in the Resfac, but Henry will come (he is covering the RC Meeting) to help later.

• Once the table is in we will be able to crane BabyBCAL. This can follow up with cabling and setting up the chiller.

• We will be moving the equipment Thu afternoon, Fri Morning. We need to be ready for the inspection on Fri before noon, so that Andrew can see the setup and give us a green light to run.

• We will switch between the EEL network and Hall D network Thu afternoon or Friday morning.

• We need to set up MPOD on the network (talk to Martin, Sergey)

 

Plan for the afternoon and night:

• AstroPix test for the afternoon (external clock and the setup)

• SFILs: run muons with current config file 

• Run chiller and fans 

• Team Korea is setting up the

Reports on all aspects of the tests (mechanical, ScFi, SiPMs, HGCROC, RCDAQ, etc.
