The ePIC Workshop on Streaming Reconstruction will be held from August 19 to 21, 2026. The workshop will bring together developers to review the status of streaming reconstruction, discuss requirements and ongoing developments, and identify the work needed to advance toward a complete reconstruction workflow for streaming data.
The program will cover reconstruction algorithms and infrastructure, simulation and visualization of streaming data, and the data sets and procedures needed for testing and validation. Dedicated discussion sessions will be used to identify open issues, establish priorities and next steps, and coordinate future work. The workshop will conclude with planning for the Streaming Reconstruction paper for the NIM-A Special Issue, including the development of a task list and timeline and the assignment of responsibilities.
