Description

We are hosting the 16th ePIC Physics, Software, and Computing Discussion

One topic will be the July campaign. Following updated luminosity estimates and beam-energy configurations for the Early Science period, we decided to use the April campaign with the old settings for the Early Science Report. For the NIM-A Special Issue, however, we will use simulation productions based on the revised beam energies. We will briefly follow up on the status of implementing these changes for the July campaign.

A substantial part of the meeting will be devoted to updates from the PWGs on physics studies with background.

We will conclude with an update on the reconstruction priorities shared between the PWGs and Software & Computing.

We also welcome suggestions for topics to discuss at the 17th joint meeting on July 8 and at later meetings.

We will use Zoom for the remote meeting:
