A block of rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn Express, Stony Brook-Long Island, 3131 Nesconset Highway, Centereach, NY 11720. The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes away from Campus and offers lots of amenities.
The hotel will provide shuttle service every morning at 7:45 AM to bring you to the Physics Department. Shuttle service will also take you back to the hotel in the evening upon request.
The hotel offers hot deluxe breakfast included in the room rate. However, the workshop will provide breakfast and coffee at 8:00 AM, so please come join us.

The Hilton Garden Inn, which is located on campus, is also available for booking. It is within walking distance to the Physics Department; however, if it is too cold or snowing, you can arrange a shuttle to bring you across campus to the Physics Department.
