setup a meeting for tomorrow with Dmitry to see status of DIRC simulation, with experts

 

3 mRICH

Simulation & performance studies

implemented projective geometry
needs to fix photons trapped in the lens
--> setup of the lens is problematic

acceptance does not change with projective geometry
--> surprised there is no impact

not much from mRICH from this test... will be more like dead material

4 dRICH
