Where to go
Local participants should meet in the CFNS Seminar Room C-120, 3rd floor, Physics Department, Stony Brook University.
Parking
Local participants should park in the fac/staff lot. Please put a note on the windshield "Please DO NOT ticket, went to get a parking pass." Then come to the CFNS office (Socorro Delquaglio) to obtain the parking pass to put in the windshield for the week.
Lunch
The lunch break is long and is up to you to get lunch :)
Local registration or COVID-related requirements
There is no local registration
CFNS asks that guests wear a mask during the meeting to avoid spreading Covid-19. This is not a university policy, only a CFNS request, as there have been increased cases amongst the large group gatherings.
