Low Q2 tagging studies by Francesco:
Presented the single electron gun simulation studies, electron energy at 18 GeV. Studied the Q^2 efficiency and acceptance of different eta bins. Suggested to included the hit inefficiency and udpate the tracking seeding from truth seeding and tune the generation level acceptance.
 
 
Low Q2 t acceptance studies by Stephan:
Generate the single election simulation samples with 0-0.5 GeV/c and 0.5-1.5 GeV/c pT bins. In the truth seeding, tracks with p<0.1 GeV/c are removed. Studied the electron efficiency in pT-eta phase with the 5 GeV and 18 GeV electron beam energies. Suggest to apply the cut for the scattering electron energy not larger than the beam energy.
 
Momentum resolution VS vertex resolution by Niveditha:
Following the DIS beam distribution, use 30cm z vertex sigma for the asociated studies. Clear dependence on the vertex resolution of the track momentum resolution has been presented.
 
Summary on the track recon status/plan presented by Shujie:
The ACTS workforce meeting has adjusted the meeting time to avoid the conflict with the tracking WG meeting time. Thanks for the coordination.
 
Introduced the workforce team and presented the ongoing work and plan.
 
Tracking software to dos:
  1. pattern recognition studies are underway, discussed to option to add at least MPGD disk in the electron endcap region. Suggested to submit the space request and geometry change in the GD/I WG meeting.
  2. background studies: wait for two indepedent studiesy to be ready. These are 1) codes combine the DIS and background events and 2) realistic tracking seeding not truth seeding for the background related studies.
