Please be alert when on zoom:
- Mute when you are not speaking
- Switch off your video when you are not speaking
- USE the RAISE HAND feature to ask a question. The Chairs will go in the sequence in which the hands are raised.
- Once the Chair tells you to go ahead, please go ahead and unmute and ask questions. (Remember you will be talking to the entire EICUG community)
- Chat will be on so people can communicate with each other.
- Please use all features of ZOOM in respectfully and sensitively.
