All attendees should register with the BNL GUV Center (https://www.bnl.gov/guv/) in addition to the meeting indico site. Additional information can be found here. This is a requirement for everyone except DOE contractors/employees with HSPD-12 badges. However, we recommend registering for these badge holders as well. This applies to both in-person and remote attendees!
Registration deadlines for both the meeting indico site and the BNL GUV center:
- US citizens: November 6, 2023
- non-US citizens: October 14, 2023
- non-US citizens from sensitive countries: September 14, 2023
