      University of Birmingham
      Speakers: Che Sum Tse (University of Birmingham UK), James Julian Glover (University of Birmingham (UK))

      UoB: Discussing options: to remove opt2; somehow to combine option 4 and 5; to add comments on mechanical joints seals.

      UoB: trying to spTAB the B-FPC to interface card. B-FPC support on interface cards is limited, will leave on permanent 3D printed jig/transport plate.

      UoB: received from LTU the samples to procatice wire-bonding (Al substrate evaluation).

      Speaker: Liliana Teodorescu (Brunel University London)

      BU: Enquiry about packaging : LAS custom made;

      BU: BabyLas and AncAsic may also need custom packaging;

      UoB: procured gel packs 6inx6in to be sent to CERN. UoB could make chips trays in Al or Perspex (+ ESD coating) for different parts, or cobimation of the two. Wait for existing dummy Si to come back.

      UoB: Al not anodised used in cleanroom, no issues with no anodised Al.

      BU: testing equipment for sLDO and signle transistor test structures.

      Daresbury Laboratory
      Speakers: Marcello Borri (staff@stfc.ac.uk), Matthew Buckland (staff@stfc.ac.uk), Andrew Hill (staff@stfc.ac.uk)

      DL: Ken needs to know the I-beam width to define the clearance between the two LAS on a module. To ask A.Huddard.

      DL: dimension wide: babyMOSAIX = babyLAS, to keep the partioning in the jig vacuum chamber so that we can support the babyMOSAIX as standalone component.

      DL: progress but further definition on quality assurance tests for the module production is required. Need further discussion with ASIC designers to balance test requirements with ASIC design complexity.

      The attached draft captures on overview of the rationale for adopting a modular approach in for the production of detector modules for staves and disks.

      Nothing new, sharing for potential realy feedback.

      The table in the draft will need further sign off from the disk teams, and potentially Geog too.

      Reference components for increment1

      The following components are used for the design of the first increment of the detector module:
