The November 2025 Cross Section Evaluation Working Group meeting will happen during Election Week 2025  

  • CSEWG - Monday - Thursday 
  • WANDA 2026 Planning - Thursday PM
  • NCSP NDAG - Friday AM

Non-U.S. citizens must complete an additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form and be approved in the Guest Information System (GIS) if they would like to attend this meeting. This applies to both in-person and remote attendees!

For in-person events, it is advisable not to make travel arrangements until you are approved in the Guest Information System.

If you have a current Brookhaven Lab guest appointment and a valid BNL Guest Number or you have a pending Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to complete the additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form again.
