The November 2025 Nuclear Data Week is postponed to the first week of January 2026 ย

  • WANDA 2026 Planning - cancelled
  • NCSP NDAG - Tuesday AM

Non-U.S. citizensย must complete an additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form and be approved in the Guest Information System (GIS) if they would like to attend this meeting.ย This applies to both in-person and remote attendees!

For in-person events, it is advisable not to make travel arrangements until you are approved in the Guest Information System.

If you have a current Brookhaven Lab guest appointment and a valid BNL Guest Number or you have a pending Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to complete the additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form again.
