      Update on project funding and TFS submission

      -Input collected form all institutes, thank you; [Key posts secured; T&S OK (minimal); Consumables OK (where to keep it);]

      -PA is planing to send the final tables with the costing to Programmes today;

      -Programmes should issue an award letter by Friday 26.

      -Funds should be transferred to the Instututes next week;

      -Open questions: how to address post 31/03/2026 funds? how to deal with growth [what is holding us back]?

      -K.Davies completed the drawings; Drawings are undergoing a final internal approval; Next: to send the drawings (inc. step) to Liverpool for manufacturing;

      -To purchase some kapton cut to shape and mock AncAsic and sensors (cheap option in FR4?);

      -Module test rig: A.Hill to progress work once B-FPC gets interconnected to interface PCB; [Oxford designing the 3D printed carrier plate/jig]

      Update on MPW2-SLDO test system

      -PCBs ordered: 5 control boards (Bham); 5 carrier boards (DL, added to over-spent Jul - Sep);

      -Delivery estimated around15 Oct.

      -Next to interconnect the ICs on carrier boards; (Bham?)

      -List of sited that expressed interested: Bham (1 system); Brun (1 system); DL (3 systems); [Prep can start: select PSU and its control in python?]

      -Potential issue: are MWP2 devices not probe tests? If so, expect some yield issue (hopefully very minor);
