Dear TOF DSL and DSTCs,

The agenda for TOF PDR (60% design completion) has been finalized and will take place on June 3 and June 4 , 2026. The charge questions for the reviewers and the agenda is below

Charge questions :
1. Are the technical performance requirements appropriately defined and complete for this stage of the project?
2. Are the plans for the various sub-systems appropriately documented and complete for this stage of the project?
3. Are the current plans for the detector likely to achieve the technical performance requirements, with a low risk for cost increases, schedule delays, and technical problems?
4. Are the schedule assumptions for the fabrication of the various sub-systems and assembly plans reasonable and consistent with the overall detector schedule?
5. Have ESH&Q and QA considerations been adequately incorporated into the plans at their present stage?
6. Have the recommendations from previous reviews been adequately addressed?

We did another round of irradiation with neutrons on some AC-LGADs but at extreme fluence, plus another irradiation campaign with protons on the large AC-LGADs that should be ready soonish.

  the submission of papers to the NIMA special issue

"The ePIC Detector and Science Program at the Electron Ion Collider"
is opening on March 15th.

The DSC contributions are expected to be a substantial component of the effort.
Please, discuss the matter within your DSCs and prepare 1 slide that presents
the paper-planning of your DSC. Send me these slides by April 10th.

At the TIC meeting on April 20th we will analyze and comment together
about the merging planning.
