EIC and RHIC experiments collaborative tools and technologies

There have been several discussions related to the development, maintenance and long-term support of collaborative tools, including the recent presentation at the ePIC General Meeting.

This topic has become even more relevant because the development of collaborative tools PD project at BNL will be funded until 1 October 2026.

At this meeting, we want to understand how many types of collaborative tools instances  BNL and JLab will need to support. Are there any fundamental differences in the requirements of ePIC, sPHENIX and STAR?
