This event is the annual in-person meeting to discuss topics of the EIC-BeamAI Working Group of the international EIC accelerator collaboration and of the DOE-NP grants for AI/ML optimizations for polarization and emittance in EIC's hadron pre-injectors. We will analyze how an AI/ML architecture for the full EIC and its Digital Twins is motivated and shaped by the experiences gained through our AI readiness studies, international AI/ML collaborations, and our demonstrations on the EIC pre-accelerators. And we will recap past progress and future plans for science, publications, collaborations, and funding.The meeting will be held at the Physical Sciences Building, Cornell University, Ithaca, NY.
