Contributors should expect more specific guidance from their respective session chairs with regards to presentation and poster content, length, etc. In addition, here are a few general guidelines:
Poster Format
Posters should be in Portrait orientation; maximum size A0 (841x1189mm) or ANSI Arch E (36x48") format.
Demonstration Format
Software demonstrations will take place during the Poster Session. There will be a display (30" up to 52" displays, 1920x1080 resolution) at a table near the posters, with internet connectivity (WiFi). Local Organizing Committee members will be in contact to help determine all your needs.
Presentation Format
Microsoft Powerpoint preferred. Presentations will be displayed on 1080p (1920x1080) displays and projectors. See appendices for Language and Slide Show guidelines.
