The second JETSCAPE winter school will be held from the morning of January 9 to the morning of January 11. The JETSCAPE workshop will be held from the afternoon of January 11 to the evening of January 13.
Venue: All events will be in held on the campus of Texas A&M University in College Station TX, USA. The lectures will be in room M102 of the Mitchell Institute of Fundamental Physics and Astronomy (MIST). Workshop talks will be in the Hawking Auditorium (downstairs) in the Mitchell Institute.

Travel: There are three possible options for reaching College Station.
1) College Station Easterwood airport (CLL) is located on campus and is served by American Airlines and United Airlines from their respective Dallas and Houston hubs.
2) Houston Bush Intercontinental airport (IAH) is close enough to terminate air travel there and continue to College Station either by rental car (75-90 minutes) or by Groundshuttle (90-120 minutes). Houston Hobby airport (HOU) is on the other side of the city (add ~30 minutes to transit time) and is also served by Groundshuttle. Note that travel times are quoted without traffic delays.
3) Austin Bergstrom airport (AUS) provides a third option. Travel time to/from College Station is comparable to Houston Hobby. Groundshuttle is also providing services to and from AUS.

Various taxi and transportation companies are operating in the Bryan/College Station area, including Uber. Many hotels are in walking distance to the venue, including the one recommended below. Some provide free shuttle rides to/from CLL.
UPDATE: The George has an airport shuttle which is available by calling 979 485 5638.
