We would like to request you to please compile your slides including the following:

•  Acceptance/kinematics maps for various “physics objects” involved in your physics measurements [as discussed before, these refer to physics level / generator level kinematics (expressed in terms of pT (or energy, where more suitable) and Theta rather than rapidity) assuming an ideal detector.

• Updated version of your Temple-time table for YR measurements, for the processes/measurements that have (or will have by Pavia at the latest) these acceptance/kinematics maps ready. We would like to ask you to please add/highlight one contact person per measurement, so we could follow-up with them directly if needed for clarifying details.

• List  of specific requests for meetings/discussions/joint sessions for the Pavia meeting
