Parking
Our workshop will be held in the Peter Paul Seminar Room (C-120) located in the Physics Building. If you are driving to Stony Brook campus to attend our workshop, please park in the physics fac/staff lot. Please put a note in your car saying "Please do not ticket my car, I have gone up to get a parking pass". If you do not do this, you will for sure get a ticket. Afterwards, please come up to C120 (Peter Paul Seminar Room) and Marlene Vera Viteri will be here to give you the permit.
Hotel
We have reserved a small number of rooms at Hilton Garden Inn Stony Brook, which is located at 1 Circle Road Stony Brook, New York 11794. This would be the closest hotel to the conference venue.
Reservation can be made by calling the hotel at 631-941-2980 and referencing the CFNS Jet Physics room block or the group code CFNS. Reservations can also be made via this link.
Note: Reservations are available until June 16, 2022. After which rooms will be available only first come first serve at the public rate.
Restaurants
There are a lot of outstanding restaurants near the Stony Brook campus. Please refer to the following link for both the on-campus and nearby restaurants.
