Test Beam Update
----------------
email from FNAL saying that they have damage in the accelerator
complex, which will shorten available time for test beam.  They
recommend looking for alternatives and will come back to us with the
schedule once they have it.
So we should expore
- if CERN is an option
  - LFHCal will go next year with 6 modules, synergy, Freddy.
  - if we can delay by one year and go to FNAL

Prototype status
----------------
prototype
- in process of removing tiles
- gaps seem to have narrowed, causing damage to the tile wrappers
  during tile removal
- John suggests to test tiles with current electronics first
SiPMs
- SiPM order in system, Eric expects 2-3 months until delivery
Read-out elextronics
- Martin/Eric/John/Stefan all support Norbert's coming out to BNL in
October and bringing a set of electronics
SiPM board
- Norbert and ORNL engineers in touch with Steve Boose
- John says Steve will modify boards for Norbert
Pigtail cables
- Norbert will order cables for length test
- Eric will order cables for prototype:  probably 4 m long, 16*5 = 80 pieces
- ACTION ITEM: Norbert, Eric: sort out which connectors are needed for
  the two end, if any.

TDR planning
------------
- Megan did some editing last night
- Stefan will do editing on the weekend (ACTION ITEM)
- current draft will be frozen on Sunday for collaboration comments

Simulation status and plans
---------------------------
- Derek on shift, slow progress this week
- Olaiya and David:  still learning
- ACTION ITEM:  zoom working session between Derek, Olaiya, David
- Nathaly:  goal is to present first results next week
