Payment information:
The fee for all participants is 620 PLN (~160 USD at the current exchange rate).
The fee includes: coffee breaks, lunches, "wine & cheese" event during the Juniors Day, welcome reception, conference dinner and Krakow sightseeing tour.
The fee for accompanying person is 270 PLN (~70 USD) and includes welcome reception, conference dinner and Krakow sightseeing tour.
The total fee payed should include also the fee for accompanying person(s).
The fee can be payed by bank transfer or using credit card and should be paid in PLN (Polish zloty). The deadline for payment is July 22nd, 2019. It will be not possible to pay in cash or by card on site.
Cancellation with reimbursement of the fee reduced by handling costs in the amount of 20 PLN is possible by sending request to mariusz.przybycien@agh.edu.pl before July 19th, 2019. After this date no refunds will be permitted.
Invoices for the payments will be provided to all participants on site during the meeting.
