Dear participants -
We regret to inform you that we have made the difficult decision to cancel the JETSCAPE school and hold the workshop remotely. We apologize for any inconvenience and additional costs. We have made this decision because of the increasing number of travel restrictions and quarantines due to coronavirus not only from governmental bodies, but also from participants’ institutions. This is a rapidly developing situation and we felt that it was better to cancel with enough notice for participants to change their travel plans.
Participants should contact the hotel to cancel their reservation and should be able to do so at no cost.
We are planning on having the workshop remotely. Connection information and an updated schedule will follow. Please go in and update your registration to indicate if you will participate remotely. It will take some time to come up with a revised schedule - thank you for your patience.
If you are nevertheless going to participate in person, please notify me, as we will have a connection available on campus
