Participant Instructions

There are several options for participants to connect.  We request that you keep your video off and remain muted unless you are asking a question during the question session.  If you have a question, we ask that you type that you have a question into the chat window.  If that is not possible please email [add email address linked to all chairs and UTK group].

Speaker Instructions

Please upload your slides well before your session.  Please test your software either in the main room before the beginning of the workshop or using the AV Test Room below.  If you are able to share your slides, please do.  Otherwise the session chair will share your slides.  Please announce when you are changing slides for participants without video access and please be sure to number your slides.
