Student Support for ePIC Collaboration Meeting
We understand the importance of student involvement in our ePIC Collaboration Meeting and are pleased to offer limited student support opportunities. To be considered for this support, please complete the student support form by the deadline of November 8, 2023.
Benefits of Student Support:
- Complimentary access, meaning students will not have to pay the registration fee.
- Possibility of receiving lodging coverage for the event.
Volunteer Involvement: Students who receive support will be asked to volunteer during the ePIC Collaboration Meeting. This may include tasks such as assisting with technical setups, bringing microphones to the audience for Q&A sessions, or other event-related responsibilities.
We encourage all eligible students to apply for support and get involved in making this meeting a success!
