Instructions for Presenters

Please follow the following instructions when preparing your contribution.

Plenary and Parallel Talks:

The duration of talks for plenary and parallel sessions mentioned on Indico includes 5 minutes (3 minutes for talks less than 20 minutes long) for discussion. Please prepare slides in PDF format and upload the file to Indico by 16.00 of the day before your presentation. The presentations will be projected in 16:9 format using central PC laptops with Microsoft Windows.

It will not be possible to use personal laptops for the presentations. It's the speaker's responsibility to check the quality of the presentation (fonts, layout, etc.) before the aforementioned deadline.  A computer will be provided near the registration desk for you to check this.

Posters:

Posters will be on display from 6:30PM to 9:00PM on March 23, 2020 during the welcome reception. The maximum poster size is 24x36 inches with portrait orientation (width = 24in height = 36in). The poster stands will be provided & will be labelled and identified with a board number.  Poster authors can find the board number assigned to their poster at the indico page as their contribution id. 

 

Double-sided tape will be provided for the poster stands. The posters should be removed on at the end of the Welcome Reception. The PDF files of the posters should also be uploaded to Indico, for browsing during the conference and for future reference.
