The conference reception starts in the evening of October 11th. Checkin for arrivals on that day begins at 4pm. The physics program will begin October 12th and will finish October 16th. On October 17th, participants will depart from the venue. Checkout is 12pm that day.
The venue, as in the tradition of the Hot Quarks, is in a remote location. It's address is 6120 CO-7, Estes Park, CO 80517. The closet airport is Denver International Airport (DIA) - 80 miles away (130 km) A shuttle service is available via:

DIA also offers plenty of rental cars, for those wishing to drive. The rental car rates are very good at this time of year (rates can be found at ~$30 per day)
