In order to attend HQ2022, your abstract for an oral presentation will need to be accepted. Please fill out this pre-registration form, and then submit your abstract. If your abstract is selected, you will be invited to participate, and we will ask you to fully register by paying the registration fee. You will need a BNL indico account to complete the pre-registration and abstract submission. The in-person workshop fee will be $800. The workshop fee covers housing in shared cabins for the entire meeting, all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), registration costs, and proceedings. For the limited number that will attend online, the fee will be $150. This will help cover the on-site costs of hosting the event.
