Open mic session

On Friday, May 22, during the first talk on Detector Complementarity, an open-mic session is planned. In-person contributions are sought and welcome. Presentations will be limited to five minutes (including questions)  and a maximum of three slides without animations. Please, submit material in pdf format by Thursday, May 21, 4pm (EDT), to  elke@bnl.gov  and  Paul.Newman@cern.ch

The 3 slides should address the following 2 questions  

  • Have you / your WG group identified requirements which conflict with the current  baseline detector and IR design 
  • Do you have suggestion how to most effectively reach the goal
