The Mosaic Network Luncheon
The event includes a workshop with a separate registration and is scheduled on Sunday, October 11, 2026, with a luncheon at 01:00 PM (EDT).
Join The Mosaic Network Luncheon for an engaging networking experience designed to connect physicists across career stages and backgrounds through honest conversation and shared experiences. During the luncheon, early-, mid-, and senior-career speakers will each deliver a brief lightning talk to introduce a discussion topic, followed by facilitated small-group conversations. Participants will wear color-coordinated pins representing career stages — from graduate students and undergraduates to senior scientists — to encourage meaningful connections, mentorship, and dialogue across the community. Discussions will focus on common challenges, lessons learned, and the skills that help researchers thrive while building a stronger nuclear physics community.
- Registration Fee: $35 per person.
- Please note: Registration for the luncheon does not include registration for the Pre-Event Mosaic Network Workshop. If you wish to participate in both events, you must register for each separately.
