Information on the different rooms and venues for the meeting is included below.

Sir Charles Wilson Building - Plenary Sessions
All plenary sessions will be in the Sir Charles Wilson Building. Pass through the glass doors into the foyer, follow the corridor around either side of the lecture theatre and enter through the glass doors at the end.
Gilbert Scott Building - Parallel Sessions
Parallel sessions will be held in various rooms in the Gilbert Scott Buidling. Five different rooms within this building will be used for parallel sessions and the ECR meeting.
East Quad Lecture Theatre 226
Use the "East Quad Lecture Theatre 226" entrance. Enter the doors marked "Geographical & Earth Sciences".
Room 356
Use the "Classroom 540A" entrance. Enter then take the stairs or lift (elevator) to level 3.
Humanities Lecture Theatre 225
Use the "Classroom 540A" entrance. Enter, turn left then through the first door on the right.
Lecture Theatre 466
Use the "West Quad" entrance. Enter through the door in the corner of the west quad marked Chaplaincy. Turn left and take the stairs on your left up two flights to level 4 (or lift is straight through the arch) Lecture theatre 466 is on the left at the top of the stairs.
James McCune Smith Learning Hub - ECR Sessions
All sessions of the ECR meeting will be held in the same room in the James McCune Smith building.

Take the lift to level 7. Head straight ahead, and use either door to enter.
