Invitation Letters for Visa Applications
If you require a visa, we can provide an invitation letter for your application. Please contact one of the organisers with the following information so we can prepare this for you:
- Full name and title
- Home institution
- Role/position
- Intended activities as part of participation in meeting (e.g. talk on X or discussions on Y)
- Please let us know if you are also registering for the ECR meeting.
